布朗族与基诺族茶文化比较研究

摘  要:
对布朗族和基诺族2个云南特有且人数较少民族的族源、生态环境、种茶历史、茶俗4个方面进行比较分析,认为布朗族和基诺族千百年来以茶为生,创造了丰富多彩的茶文化。无论是过去、现在,还是未来,茶叶都是两个民族生存和发展中重要的农业生物资源之一。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed comparatively the ethnic origines,ecology,tea histories,tea custom of Bulang minority and Jinuo minority as two endemic minorities in Yunnan province.It was concluded that the two minorites had been making a living on tea product for thousands of years,and had created rich colorful tea cultures.Whether past,present or future,tea was always one of the important agricultural biological resources during their survival and development.
