‘丰香’草莓叶片再生体系的建立

摘  要:
以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch.)主栽品种‘丰香’叶片为外植体,就不同质量浓度生长激素对叶片外植体成活率、愈伤组织、不定芽的诱导率和再生芽生根培养的影响进行了研究,并建立了再生体系.结果表明:MS+1.5 mg/L噻苯隆(Thidiazuron,TDZ)+0.4 mg/L吲哚乙酸(3-indolebutyric acid,IBA)培养基最适于叶片不定芽分化,再生芽在1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA培养基上生根效果最好.

摘  要:
Using leaf of Fragaria ananassa Duch.‘Fengxiang'(main cultivar variety) of as explant,the survival rate,callus tissue,adventitious bud induction rate and regeneration bud rooting culture treated with different concentrations of growth hormone were studied and the regeneration system was established.The results showed that the medium of MS + 1.5 mg/L Thidiazuron(TDZ) + 0.4 mg/L 3-indolebutyric acid(IBA) was the most suitable for the cultivation,that the regeneration buds had the best rooting effect with medium of 1/2MS + 0.1 mg/L IBA.
