栝楼茎尖生长点脱毒培养和植株分化

摘  要:
探讨栝楼离体茎生长点分化成植株的条件和分化途径,用3个栝楼品种材料,设计4种培养基.研究发现:茎尖分化最适培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+蔗糖3%+琼脂0.5%(pH 5.8).栝楼茎尖生长点分化成苗途径主要通过两种方式:一是生长点继续长大并分化幼芽;二是首先愈伤组织化,继而在愈伤组织上分化出芽.第二种丛生化,成苗数多.

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to investigate the approachs and conditions by which shoot tip of stem in Trichosanthes L.could differentiated into plantlets in vitro.The tips of stem from three species of Trichosanthes kirilowii to be coultured in four kinds of mediums,the results showed that the optimum medium for differentiation plantlets was as MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L + sucrose 3% + agar 0.5%(pH 5.8).And the ways by which shoot tip could differentiate into young seedling was in two modes,one was that the shoot tip grew continuously to become young seedling,and the other was that the shoot tip grew into callus firstly,then bud cluster differentiated out on callus.The second way could induced more buds in one callus.The reslut had important mean in the culture of virus-free in Trichosanthes L.
