螺旋藻粉对蛋鸡生产性能和免疫指标的影响

摘  要:
为研究螺旋藻粉对蛋鸡生产性能和免疫指标的影响,本试验选取150日龄的海兰灰蛋鸡480只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,分别向饲粮中添加螺旋藻粉0、5、10和15 g/kg。结果表明,添加螺旋藻粉后,产蛋率和平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05),蛋鸡的免疫指标均有一定程度的提高,且IgA和IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05),C3和IgG含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。第Ⅱ组平均日采食量与其他各组差异显著(P<0.05),且比第Ⅰ组降低了4.81%(P<0.05)。C4和IgM均是第Ⅱ组最大,且比第Ⅰ组分别增加了35.48%和25.91%(P<0.05)。第Ⅳ组IgA和新城疫抗体含量均是最大,且比第Ⅰ组分别增加了35.48%和25.91%(P<0.05)。综合以上结果且考虑到经济效益,添加螺旋藻粉5 g/kg效果最好。

摘  要:
In order to study effects of Spirulina on production performance and Immune Indexes of Hy-Line gray layers, 400 and 150 d Hy-Line gray commercial layers were randomly divided into 4 groups.The diets for those groups were added with 0、5、10、15 g/kg Spirulina powder respectively.The results showed that After adding spirulina powder, egg production and average daily feed intake significantly increased(P<0.05), Immune Indexes laying hens had improved to some extent and Ig A and Ig M levels significantly increased(P<0.05), C3 and Ig G content was not significant(P>0.05). Average daily feed intake group Ⅱ and other groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and decreased 4.81% than group Ⅰ(P<0.05). C4 and Ig M, group II were the largest group of all,and increased by 35.48% and 25.91% than group Ⅰ respectively(P<0.05). Ig A and Newcastle disease antibodies of group Ⅳ increased by 35.48% and 25.91% than group Ⅰ respectively(P<0.05). Based on the above results and taking into account the economic benefits, the best result was Spirulina 5 g/kg.
