膨胀节波纹管优化设计系统研究

摘  要:
通过分析波纹管的结构,以单波补偿量最大、质量最小为优化设计目标,建立了膨胀节波纹管优化设计数学模型,采用以离散复合形法为基础的混合离散变量组合型优化方法对模型进行求解,开发出膨胀节波纹管优化设计系统,获得了较好的优化结果。

摘  要:
Through analysis of the structure of bellows, an optimal design mathematical model of expansion joints bellows was set up with maximum compensation and minimum mass as its objective. By means of discrete variable combination optimization based on discrete variable complex method to solve the mathematical model, an optimal design system of expansion joints bellows was developed with satisfactorily optimized result.
