摘 要:
在对膨胀节波纹管结构分析的基础上,以单波补偿量最大、质量最小为优化目标,建立了膨胀节波纹管优化设计数学模型,采用以离散复合形法为基础的混合离散变量组合型优化方法求解数学模型,并运用二次曲线加速、贴边搜索、最终反射技术等辅助功能,提高系统的优化效能,获得了较好的优化效果。

摘 要:
On the basis of structure analysis of expansion joint bellows, mathematical model of optimization design was set up with objects of maximum single wave compensation and minimum mass. In order to solve the mathematical model, optimization method of mixed discrete variable combination was adopted. By using such auxiliary functions as quadric curve acceleration search, hem search and final reflection technology, the optimization efficiency of the system was improved. Thus good optimization results were achieved in the research.
