摘  要:
本工艺以木屑为原料,采用氯化锌法在FS—Ⅲ型隧道式炭、活化炉中生产定型颗粒活性炭。中试表明,生产规模可达40—50t/年;苯吸附率可达25%—40%,耐磨强度≥90%;氯化锌耗量≤0.3tZnCl_2/t炭。

摘  要:
In this technology, zinc chloride methods are used to produce stereo-typed granular activated carbon in Model FS--Ⅲ tunnel charcoal activation fur-naces, taking wood chips as raw material. The pilot experiment indicates thatthe productive scale can reach 40--50t/y, the benzene absorption percentage canreach 25%--40%, the wear--resistant intensity is≥90%, and the zinc con-sumption amount is≤0. 3t (ZnCl_2)/t (charcoal).
