大学生校外兼职过程中的权益保障措施探讨——基于湛江市三所高校的调研

摘  要：
大学生兼职已成为当前一种普遍现象,但其兼职过程中遭到侵权的现象频有发生。究其原因在于法律保障不到位,用人单位与中介机构为利益驱使而没有履行社会责任,高校缺乏校外兼职方面的教育和指导,大学生自我防范意识差等方面。为此,我们必须完善和健全大学生兼职过程中的相关法律制度,规范用人单位和中介的行为,高校和家庭都应发挥必要的教育引导作用,增强大学生的自我保护意识、提高其维权意识。

摘  要：
Taking a part- time job has been becoming a common phenomenon of college students, however, the phenomenon of student' s right and interest being infringed becomes common accordingly. The main reasons are as follows: 1, There is a lack of protection in law.2,Employing units and intermediaries do not to fulfill their social responsibilities. 3.Theres is a lack of education and guidance for the students. 4,College Students' awareness of self- prevention is quite weak.So we must find out the methods to solve the problems.
