富贵竹中可溶性糖、蛋白质含量与细菌性茎腐病的关系

摘  要：
对富贵竹不同抗性的品种茎秆中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量进行了测定。结果表明:植株茎部的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量从下部向上逐渐递减,植株上部的可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量最低。抗病品种"小叶"茎的上、中、下部位可溶性蛋白含量分别为41.0,54.5,68.0μg/mL,感病品种"金边"茎的上、中、下部位可溶性蛋白含量分别为33,37,55μg/mL,抗病品种"小叶"茎的上、中、下部位可溶性糖含量分别为117.5,191.0,325.0μg/mL,感病品种"金边"茎的上、中、下部位可溶性糖含量分别为91.5,124.0,320.5μg/mL。富贵竹茎中可溶性蛋白含量与细菌性茎腐病的抗病性呈正相关,可作为抗病品种选育的一个生化指标。可溶性糖含量与富贵竹品种的抗性关系不明显。

摘  要：
Contents of soluble sugar and protein in the stems from Dracaena sanderiana of different resistant varieties were determined.It was shown that soluble protein contents were 41,54.5,68 μg/mL respectively,in the stem of resistance varieties and they were 33,37,55 μg/mL respectively in susceptible ones.The soluble sugar contents were 106.5,191.0,325.0 μg/mL respectively,in the stem of resistance varieties and they were 91.5,124.0,320.5 μg/mL.respectively in susceptible ones.Contents of soluble sugar and protein decreased gradually from the lower part to the upper one in the same stem.While contents of soluble sugar and protein were the lowest in the upper part of Dracaena sanderiana.Contents of the soluble protein positively correlated with the resistance of Dracaena sanderiana could be biochemical indices to select resistant varieties.They have no relation to contents of soluble sugar and the resistant varieties
