柴油机针阀偶件高压泄漏量的试验与计算分析

摘  要：
随着柴油机排放法规的不断严格,使柴油机喷油压力越来越高,高压喷射承压偶件配合间隙的燃油泄漏将对喷油过程产生影响。为此,以柴油机喷油器针阀偶件为研究对象,用试验研究和对针阀偶件进行有限元分析相结合的方法,对燃油泄漏量的计算模型进行了探讨,表明针阀偶件配合面在油压下的变形对燃油泄漏量大小有较大的影响,得出高压条件下正确计算间隙间燃油泄漏量的方法。

摘  要：
That emission regulation is becoming more and more strictly makes the injector using the higher fuel pressure. The leakage from the clearance of the high fuel pressure injector’s spouse will affect the fuel injection process. The injector’s needle spouse is the researching object. By using the methods of the testing study and the finite to investigating the calculation model of the fuel leakage, the result shows that the variant of the interface of the needle spouse that because of the high fuel pressure produces the obvious effect. This paper gives a right way to calculate the leakage from the gap of the injector needle spouse.
