改良溶血性贫血动物模型的建立

摘  要:
[目的]建立一种改良的小鼠急性溶血性贫血模型,为临床药物试验提供依据。[方法]采用连续用药方式对昆明小鼠皮下注射盐酸苯肼来制备动物模型,每日检测网织红细胞的比例、红细胞数量、白细胞数量、血红蛋白含量。[结果]血液检测显示,用药2~3 d后小鼠开始出现贫血现象,第7天左右红细胞数量降低60.0%以上,网织红细胞比值最高达19.5%,同时血红蛋白含量降低约67.0%。[结论]改良的小鼠急性溶血性贫血模型制备方法可行,符合血液学检测标准。

摘  要:
[Objective]To establish an novel improved hemolytic anemia mouse model so as to provide the theoretical basis and experimental foundation for the clinical medicine tests.[Method]The Kunming mice model was prepared by hypodermal injection of phenylhydrazine hydrochloride.After injection,the proportion of reticulocyte and hemoglobin,the number of red blood cell(RBC) and white blood cell(WBC) were detected every day.[Result]The results showed that mice presented anemia in 2-3 d after treatment;the quantity of RBC decreased by 60.0% in 7 d after injection;the proportion of reticulocyte reached to 19.5% and the content of hemoglobin decreased by 67.0%,simultaneously.[Conclusion]The improved preparation method of acute hemolytic anemia model is feasible and agrees well with hematological testing standards.
