摘  要：
西双版纳橡胶种植技术不断发展使当地土地利用方式发生改变,橡胶企业的增多对商品市场的竞争逐渐加大,从而导致企业与企业间,人与人之间的对抗性不断增强,使得当地社会对抗性增强.分析解决社会对抗性问题,使人与人、人与地的矛盾逐渐减小,确保传统文化更好的保存与发扬,促进经济活动与文化生活的和谐发展.

摘  要：
The continuous development of Xishuangbanna rubber planting technology has changed the local land use pattern, and the increase in rubber enterprises has gradually increased competition in the commodity market. As a result, the confrontation between people and enterprises is increasing, and the confrontation of local society is enhanced.The paper analyzed and solved the problem of social confrontation, so that contradictions between people and people, people and land were gradually reduced, to ensure the preservation and development of traditional culture, and to promote the harmonious development of economic activities and cultural life.
