确定平面低副四杆机构死点位置的新方法

通过压力角α与传动角γ的概念阐述了如何确定平面低副四杆机构中死点位置的新方法,以及死点和止点的区别。运用此方法能够简便快速地找到平面低副四杆机构的死点位置,并且便于计算机编程,较好地保证了机构的运动精度和传动质量要求,具有较强的实用性。

摘  要:
The new method on how to confirm the dead-point position via the presure angle and transmission angle was expa- tiated in the plant lower four-bar linkage,as well as the difference of the dead-point and stopping-point.It is also easy to find the dead-point position and programme for the computer so as to ensure kinematics accuracy and need of transmission quality of ma- chine.Both of them are inclined to confuse,thereby it is put forward in this paper.
