湖北省恩施州鹤峰县特色产业扶贫模式——以3个贫困村为例

摘  要：
以3个贫困村为例,对湖北省恩施州鹤峰县特色产业扶贫模式做出分析。通过具体分析云蒙村、唐家铺村、金龙村的产业扶贫模式,发现3村的产业扶贫模式均依托"村企互动"模式,为农户提供多种参与产业的方式。不同之处在于3村的产品销售方式不同,产业发展规模和成熟度不同。基于上述调研结果,此调研报告为产业扶贫的未来发展提供了完善政策支持、搭建服务平台、加强人才储备、协调发展五大脱贫措施等建议。

摘  要：
This research group took three poor villages as examples to analyze the pattern of poverty alleviation of characteristic industries in Hefeng County, Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province. Through the specific analysis of Yunmeng Village, Tangjiapu Village and Jinlong Village,we found that the industry poverty alleviation mode was based on the village-enterprise interaction mode, which provided farmers with various ways to participate in industry. The difference lay in the product sale way of three villages was different, industry development scale and maturity were different. Based on the above findings,some suggestions were put forward from the following aspects:providing policy support for the future development of industry poverty alleviation, providing service platform, strengthening the talent reserve,co-ordinating the development of the five poverty alleviation measures, and so on.
