重金属镉、铅对草坪植物根系代谢和叶绿素水平的影响

摘  要:
通过盆栽模拟试验研究了重金属镉、铅对草坪植物生物量的影响及活性氧自由基对根系活力和叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明镉、铅对植物生物量影响极大,其中镉对植物地上部分生长发育影响较大;铅对根系生长发育影响较大。重金属进入植物体后引起活性氧自由基含量上升,短期内可被清除酶歧化消除,但在长期和高浓度胁迫下,自由基对清除酶产生伤害并导致根系代谢酶受损。进入叶片中的重金属引起的超量活性氧自由基将叶绿素作为靶分子,致使叶绿素结构破坏、叶片失绿。镉对植物的毒害作用大于铅。

摘  要:
Physiological and biochemical effects of heavy metals stress on plant root system and chlorophyll of two species of lawns were tested The results showed that cadmium and lead concentration in the nutrient solution could inhibit the contents of hydroxylamine and enzyme activity of superoxide radical, it would been dropped the plants root quantities and the leaf chlorophyll The results indicated that cadmium had stronger effect to the leaves than lead, but the lead had stronger effect to the roots than cadmium When heavy metals had been inhaled into mesophyll, it could raised the contents of superoxide radical and caused chlorophyll dropped The effect of the cadmium pernicious to creeping bent was greater than that of perennial ryegrass
