人工饲料组成对BmNPV-Bm表达系统外源基因表达活性的影响

摘  要:
为进一步提高家蚕杆状病毒—家蚕 (BmNPV Bm)表达系统的表达活性 ,通过改变人工饲料中桑叶粉、大豆粉、玉米粉和水分的添加量 ,探讨了人工饲料的营养组成对BmNPV Bm表达系统外源植酸酶基因表达活性的影响。在大豆粉含量相同的条件下 ,植酸酶基因表达活性随桑叶粉含量的增加而降低 ,桑叶粉含量为 10 %时表达量最高 ;在桑叶粉含量相同的情况下 ,大豆粉含量为 35 %时表达量最高 ;饲料含水量以添加干物重的 1 9倍时表达量最高。外源基因的表达活性与蚕体重的生长表现出一致的趋势。

摘  要:
To further raise the expression level of BmNPV Bm expression system, this paper studied the effects of nutrition component of artificial diet on the foreign gene expression efficiency of BmNPV Bm expression system by changing the amount of mulberry leaf powder, soybean powder and corn powder in artificial diet. Results showed that expression efficiency of phytase gene decreased with the increase of the amount of mulberry leaf powder when we added the same amount of soybean powder in artificial diets. When the amount of mulberry leaf powder reached 10% of the artificial diet, activity of phytase in silkworms obtained the maximum. On the condition of the same amounts of mulberry leaf powder, activity of phytase in silkworms reached its maximum when the amount of soybean powder was 35%. And we obtained the highest expression level when additive amount of water was 1 9 times of the dry matter weight. Expression efficiency of foreign gene and body weight of silkworm showed the same tendency
