藏族的草原游牧文化(Ⅳ)——藏族牧民的生活

摘要：

从各个方面介绍了藏族牧民的生活习俗:如糌粑、清茶、奶茶、酥油茶、蕨麻米饭、手抓肉、灌肠、藏包、酸奶和酒文化;传统的房屋,如帐房、土房、切木、苫子房、榻板房。介绍传统的家庭和婚姻,如恋爱、定亲、迎娶等,藏族婚姻的一个主要形式招婿。藏族对出嫁儿子和出嫁女儿同等对待,不受社会歧视。藏族传统的服饰因部落渊源、生活环境、性别年龄的不同,都有着不同的款式和色泽,服饰可达86种之多。藏族妇女喜戴各种头饰,妇女多为"碎辫子"型并佩带项链、耳环。藏区的丧葬,不论何种方式,均不保存遗体。只有大活佛例外,实行塔葬,其他人的丧葬方式有天葬、火葬、水葬、土葬,但藏族人对土葬怀有恐惧心理。

摘要：

The traditional culture of daily life of the Tibetan is introduced in this paper,including the repast(zanba,tea,milk tea,buttered tea,Potentilla anserine root added rice,boiled meat,sausage,Tibetan style steamed stuffed bun,yogurt and liquor culture;the architecture(tent,ooden house,etc);the family and marriage(amativeness,engagement,wedding ceremony).The main marriage style of Tibetan people is to have the groom move into one's house after the marriage.The color and style of dress and personal adornment of Tibetan people are varied depending on the tripe,living environment,sex and age.The body is not kept after people passed away except the living Buddha,the main funeral styles are celestial burial,cremation,water burial and inhumation for the common people.Tibetan people are in awe of inhumation.
