摘  要：
With the advancement of agricultural supply-side structural reforms, the transformation and upgrading of edible fungi industry is actively carrying out. Its deep processing technology and cultivation technology have been effectively improved,which has led to the high-quality large-scale expansion of edible fungi, and has become the leading agricultural industry with the most development prospects. The edible fungi deep processing technology not only improves the market competitiveness of the edible fungi industry, but also promotes the development of foreign trade of edible fungi. The edible fungi deep processing technology was studied, it analyzes the factors that enhance the foreign trade of edible fungi and proposes effective optimization measures to promote the innovative development of edible fungi enterprises.
