丘北辣椒研究进展

摘  要:
从产业化、栽培技术及育种现状3个方面对丘北辣椒的发展和研究进行了综述.产业化方面,丘北辣椒产业已经是文山州第二大生物产业,已有一些专门从事辣椒产品开发和加工的企业,市场化平台已经初步形成,但是标准化程度低、大型龙头企业缺乏、产业发展合力不够等问题依然存在.应该从加强研发平台、加大产业信息化进程、培育龙头企业等方面进行改进.栽培技术方面,对施肥技术和病虫害防治技术等方面研究较多,但各学者研究的结果不完全一致,且研究的系统性不足,对丘北辣椒的栽培指导作用不强.育种方面,有部分新品种被选育出来,但得到审定命名并在文山州推广种植的品种少,品种混杂度还很高,急需培育真正能在文山州推广种植并满足丘北辣椒品质需要的品种.

摘  要:
The development and research of Qiubei pepper were comprehensively reviewed from industrialization,cultivation techniques and breeding. Qiubei pepper industry is the second largest bio-industry in Wenshan Prefecture. There are some enterprises specializing in the development and processing of pepper products,and the market-oriented platform has initially formed. However,problems such as low standardization,lack of large leading enterprises and insufficient synergy of industrial development still exist. Improvements should be made in strengthening R&D platforms,increasing the process of industrial informatization and fostering leading enterprises. In terms of cultivation techniques,there are many studies on fertilization techniques and pest control techniques,but the results of various scholars are inconsistent,and the systematic research is insufficient,which has not strong guiding effect on the cultivation of Qiubei pepper. In breeding,some new varieties have been bred,but there are few varieties which have been approved,named and popularized in Wenshan Prefecture. The hybrid degree of varieties is still very high. It is urgent to cultivate varieties that can really be planted in Wenshan Prefecture and meet the quality needs of Qiubei pepper.
