基于SBM模型的江苏省环境效率研究

摘  要：
通过引入考虑非期望产出的SBM模型与传统DEA模型中的CRC模型,对比分析了2005~2014年江苏省13个地级市的环境效率。结果表明:江苏省环境效率整体呈上升趋势,且苏南地区环境效率最高,其次是苏中地区,苏北地区环境效率最低。环境污染的存在会降低环境效率,不同地区受环境污染的影响不同。效率最小的苏北地区对环境污染排放量最为敏感,环境效率下降幅度最大,其次是苏中地区,苏南地区影响幅度最小。

摘  要：
By introducing the SBM model which considers undesired output and the CRC model in traditional DEA model,the paper comparatively analyzed the environmental efficiency of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2014.The research results showed that the environmental efficiency of Jiangsu province was on the rise as a whole. The southern Jiangsu had the highest environmental efficiency,followed by the middle Jiangsu,while the northern Jiangsu had the lowest environmental efficiency. The existence of environmental pollution could reduce the environmental efficiency,and the environmental efficiency in different regions was affected differently by the environmental pollution. The northern Jiangsu which had the lowest environmental efficiency was most sensitive to environmental pollution,and its environmental efficiency dropped biggest,followed by the middle area and south area in order.
