鸡粪再生饲料固态发酵工艺及条件的研究

摘  要:
探讨了通过固态发酵鸡粪生产再生饲料的工艺及条件。结果表明 ,最适发酵培养基为 :鸡粪 70 0kg ,麸皮 30 0kg ,尿素 10kg ;接种量为 10 % (米曲霉 2 % ,白地霉 8% ) ;发酵温度前期为 32℃ ,后期为 2 8℃ ;培养时间为 96h ;pH值 6 .0~7.0。鸡粪经发酵处理后 ,真蛋白占粗蛋白的百分比由 5 7.0 %提高到 95 .2 % ,其差异显著 (P <0 .1)。单位加工成本低 ,仅为 1.0 2 2元 /kg。

摘  要:
An experiment was made to investigate the technology and conditions for producing chicken manure regenerative feed by solid state fermentation. The results showed that the optimum composition of the fermentation medium was chicken manure 700 kg, wheat bran 300 kg and urea 10 kg and that the optimum fermentation conditions were inoculation volume 10% ( Aspergillus oryzae 2% and Geotrichum candidum 8%), culture temperature of 32℃ at the earlier stage and 28℃ at the later stage, culture time 96 h and pH 6.0~7.0. Fermentation increased crude protein content of the chicken manure from 57.0% to 95.2% ( P <0.1). The processing cost was very low, being 1.022 yuan/kg.
