野菊花中提取总黄酮的正交设计与工艺优化

摘  要:
[目的]为了深入研究野菊花中抗菌有效成分总黄酮的提取工艺.[方法]采取正交方法设计提取试验,将乙醇浓度、浸提时间和浸提温度设定为影响因素,通过吸光度测定法来测定总黄酮含量,研究各提取因素对浸提液中总黄酮含量的影响.[结果]根据综合分析正交试验的直观分析和方差分析结果,认为浸提时间和浸提温度是总黄酮含量的主要影响因素,浸提所用乙醇水溶液的浓度是次要影响因素.[结论]确定最佳乙醇浓度为30%,浸提时间为45 min,浸提温度为70℃.

摘  要:
[Objective] To deeply study extraction process of the general flavone which is active antibiosis ingredient from Chrysanthemum indicum L. [Method] Orthogonal method was used to design extraction experiment. Ethanol concentration, extraction time and temperature were set as influential factors. The general flavone content was measured by absorbance method. Influence degrees of these influential factors on general flavone content in extraction liquid were discussed. [Result] According to orthogonal experiment results, it was thought that extracting time and temperature were major influential factors, and ethanol concentration was minor influential factor. [Conclusion] It was determined that the best ethanol concentration was 30%, extraction time was 45 min, and extraction temperature was 70 ℃.
