家蚕一代杂交种母蛾检测批规模类型对微粒子病流行的影响

摘  要:
家蚕一代杂交种的母蛾检测是控制微粒子病流行的基础性工作。根据2010—2014年某蚕区7个家蚕一代杂交种生产单位对母蛾中家蚕微孢子虫的检测数据,采用统计学方法对不同母蛾检测批规模类型的批次数量、毛种数量和微孢子虫检出结果的变化及其与各检测批规模类型间的相关性进行分析,得出如下结论:数据采集期间该蚕区毛种数量较多的母蛾检测批规模类型的批次数量和毛种数量呈上升趋势,2012年的检测批次数量已较2010年显著增加(P=0.049);未检出家蚕微孢子虫的合格蚕种(即无毒蚕种)比率,随检测批规模类型的毛种数量增加呈下降趋势;检出合格蚕种(即带毒合格蚕种)比率,随检测批规模类型的毛种数量增加呈上升趋势;检出不合格蚕种(即带毒淘汰蚕种)比率,未出现明显倾向性变化趋势;不同生产单位的母蛾检测批规模类型结构与家蚕微粒子病流行程度间可见明显差异。蚕种生产单位可通过母蛾检测批规模类型结构与检测结果间的相关性分析,反馈调控母蛾检测批规模类型,提高对家蚕微粒子病的防控效率。

摘  要:
Mother moth inspection of silkworm( Bombyx mori) F_1 hybrid eggs is a groundwork to control the pebrine prevalence. Based on the pebrine infection rate of mother moths from seven silkworm F_1 hybrid production companies in a sericultural area from 2010 to 2014,statistical analysis on the number of inspection lots and unselected loose eggs in different types of inspection lot scales,inspection result change of pebrine and relevance between inspection result and types of inspection lot scale was conducted. The following conclusions were drawn. Firstly,it was found that the number of inspection lots and unselected loose eggs in the inspection lot scales with higher number of unselected loose eggs showed an increasing tendency in this inspection period and the number of inspection lots was significantly increased( P =0. 049) compared with that in 2010. Secondly,the percentage of qualified silkworm eggs( pebrine-free silkworm eggs) reduced with the increasing of unselected loose eggs in different types of inspection lot scales and the percentage of qualified silkworm eggs showed the opposite tendency. Thirdly,the percentage of unqualified silkworm eggs did not show obvious tendency. Lastly,there was significant difference between structure of type of inspection lot scale of mother moths and pebrine prevalence in different silkworm egg production companies. Our results suggest that the sericultural industry can control the typeof inspection lot scale by analyzing the relevance between the structure of type of inspection lot scale and inspection results and efficiently prevent the prevalence of pebrine in sericultural production.
