摘 要：
The development, basic mechanism and properties of some new techniques in immunoserology and immunochemistry, and their application to the life science were reviewed. These are radioimmunoassay(RIA), enzyme-immunoassay(EIA), chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA), bioluminescent immunoassay(BLIA), spin-immunoassay(SIA),metallo-immunoassay(MIA),electro-immunoassay(ELIA), laser scattering immunoassay(LSIA), latex immunoassay(LTIA),colloidal gold immunoassay(CGIA), liposome membrane lysis immunoassay (LMLIA), immunoblot (western blot) and immunoprecipitation(IP).
