摘  要：
随着物质生活的不断提高,人们越来越重视自己的身体健康,迫切渴望能更多地了解营养与健康的知识,传统教学方法已无法满足当今的教学要求。因此,营养与健康的教学内容需要不断补充和更新,现代教育技术运用于营养与健康的理论和实验教学,可显著地提高学生的学习效果,使学生在有限的时间内尽可能掌握更多的知识。

摘  要：
With the improvement of material life, People paid more and more attention to their health of body and were eager to know more nutrition and health knowledge. The traditional teaching methods had failed to meet the requirements of the conditions. Therefore, the contents of nutrition and health education would be constantly supplemented and updated. Modern education technology used in the nutrition and health teaching theory and experiment could significantly improve students’ learning effects, make the students master more knowledge during the effective period as far as possible.
