蜂蜡中二十八烷醇的分离纯化技术研究

摘  要:
以蜂蜡为原料分离纯化二十八烷醇,研究萃取剂及其用量、萃取温度、萃取时间以及萃取时所加蒸馏水为萃取影响因素,正交试验及其方差分析结果确定最优萃取条件为:萃取剂120#汽油,萃取时间50min,萃取温度70℃,萃取剂用量150mL,蒸馏水用量75mL,可得42.89%的粗醇制品,其中二十八烷醇的含量为15.35%。三氯甲烷/正己烷(3∶1),固液比1∶15,重结晶温度20℃,结晶6次时,可以制得最高纯度为57.28%的二十八烷醇。

摘  要:
The influence factors of solvent and its dosage, temperature, time, dose of distilled water added, abruption of Octacosanol from beewax,were researched. The best extraction condition of Octacosanol from beewax was: 120# gasoline 150mL,50min,70℃ and 75mL distilled water decided by the results of orthogonal test. The rate of the rough alcohol compounds to raw material was 42.89%,which content of Octacosanol was 15.35%. As the chloroform/n-hexane was 3∶1,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15,20℃ and recrystallization for 6 times,the highest purity Octacosanol was gained and it was 57.28%.
