牧草切根机往复切根机构设计与仿真

摘  要:
现有牧草切根机切根机构多采用从动式机构直接带动切根刀工作,存在草地切缝大、疏松范围广和扰动较高等缺点。对牧草切根机切根机构进行了创新设计,采用液压缸驱动平行四杆机构实现切根刀的锯切,利用机构往复幅度实现切根刀锯切时的稳定性。通过采用机液综合解析法设计计算,分析了平行四连杆机构的运动,建立了机构模型。通过对机构的仿真,实现了机构预期的运动要求。

摘  要:
Cutting mechanism of existing forage grass root-cutting machine mostly use slave mode mechanism driving root-cutting knife working. It's shortcomings are large grassland cutting seam,large-scale loose range and higher disturbance. Innovative design was made for cutting mechanism of forage grass root-cutting machine. Hydraulic cylinder driven parallel four bar mechanism was used to realize sawing of root cutter knife. Stability of root cutter knife was achieved by reciprocating amplitude of cutting mechanism. Motion of parallel four bar mechanism was analyzed according to design and calculation of comprehensive analytical method for mechanical and hydraulic. Mechanism model was built. Expected movement requirements of root-cutting mechanism were realized by emulating.
