天津市生猪生产情况调查报告

摘  要：
通过对天津市蓟县等主要区县部分养猪小区与养猪户生猪生产情况的调查,发现普遍存在的猪场(舍)设施简陋,养殖人员技术水平差,猪病防疫观念落后,生猪价格风险大,资金紧张、短缺,环境污染严重,对母猪上保险的积极性不高等问题。针对天津市又好又快发展养猪生产提出十条建议,主要包括引导农民及时补栏,稳定猪价,财政安排专项资金或通过贷款扶持生猪生产,启动天津市生猪健康养殖科技入户工程,推广立体养殖、生态养殖、健康养殖模式,加强引种管理、推进生猪品质提升,加大防疫力度,扎实抓好猪病防控。

摘  要：
The swine production of specialized pig production farmers and small pig farms of Ji county and other counties and suburbs in Tianjin was investigated.The results showed that some specialized pig production farmers and small pig farms had some problems including the simple and crude equipment,the poor technical and specialized levels of some farmers,behind idea of prevented from diseases,lack of funds,serious environmental pollution.Ten suggestions on the more better and more speedy development of swine production in Tianjin were proposed including that to guide farmers to supplement swine herd,to stabilize pork prices,to support swine production by government funds and loans from banks,to start sending technical knowledge to farmers,to expand the different models of space feeding,ecological feeding and healthy feeding,to enhance management on introducing breeding swine,to increase the fine qualities of swine and to pay close attention to prevent diseases of swine.
