苇蘑液体菌种培养基的优化

摘  要:
通过比较观察相应的种子液中菌丝球的生长状况及其菌丝球数量、干重等指标,从4种发酵培养基中选出最适合苇蘑菌丝生长的初始发酵培养基,并采用L9(34)正交试验对该培养基进行了优化,确定发酵培养基配方为:葡萄糖15 g/L、乳糖15 g/L、酵母膏4 g/L,自然条件下的p H值。通过最适培养基培养后,苇蘑菌丝干重提高到18.26 g/L。

摘  要:
By comparing the mycelium growth, mycelium pellets number and mycelium dry weight of Weimo, the most suitable initial fermentation medium for Weimo was selected from the four types of fermentation culture medium. Then L9(34)orthogonal experiment design was employed to optimize the medium. The determined fermentation medium as the following: glucose 15 g/L, lactose 15 g/L, yeast paste 4 g/L and the nature p H value. The dry mycelium weight of Weimo can reach to 18.26 g/L with the optimum culture medium.
