《计算机应用基础》是高职院校各专业必修的一门基础课程,目的是培养学生的基本计算机应用能力和利用计算机解决问题的能力。该文分析了食品加工技术专业《计算机应用基础》的教学现状及问题,提出了一些教学改革措施。

摘  要:
Basic Computer Application is a compulsory basic course for all majors in higher vocational colleges.The purpose is to cultivate students' basic computer application ability and the ability to solve problems using computers.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of Basic Computer Application in food processing technology,some measures for the teaching reform of "Basic Computer Application" are put forward.
