超声波提取枇杷叶水溶性多糖的研究

摘  要:
为了探讨枇杷叶中水溶性多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验得出了超声波提取枇杷叶水溶性多糖的最佳提取条件,即超声时间150 min、超声功率360 W、提取温度80℃、料液比1:20。该工艺与传统的水提取法相比,得率提高1倍多,提取时间缩短了30 min,水溶性多糖得率为24.29 mg/g。

摘  要:
In order to probe into the optimal technical conditions of extracting water-soluble polysaccharides from loquat leaves,an orthogonal experiment was carried out according to monofactorial experimental results.The result showed that the optimal technical conditions of the ultrasonic extraction were material-fluid ratio of 1:20,ultrasonic treatment at 360 W for 150 min,and extraction at 80℃,under which the water-soluble polysaccharide rate was 24.29 mg/g,the extraction yield increased by one time or more over that under the traditional water extraction process,and the extracting time reduced by 30 min.
