摘  要:
介绍了常用挖坑机的工作原理,利用Solid Works建立挖坑机钻头的三维实体模型,并将该模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYSWorkbench中对挖坑机钻头进行模态分析,得出其前6阶固有频率和振型,分析了各阶振型对钻头的影响,为挖坑机钻头的优化设计和改进提供依据。

摘  要:
The working principle of the earth auger was introduced. The 3D model of the drill of earth auger was established with Solid Works, then the model was transferred into ANSYSWorkbench to actualize modal analysis of the drill by FEM, and the first 6 order natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained. The effect of different vibration modes on the drill was analyzed and theoretical references would be provided for further studies on the optimization and improvement of the drill.
