藏山羊微卫星DNA复合扩增的条件探索

摘  要:
对微卫星DNA的复合扩增与同步扩增进行比较研究 ,结果表明通过优化微卫星位点引物组合 ,以及复合扩增反应体系中模板DNA浓度、引物浓度、Mg2 +浓度、退火温度和检测时的电泳环境等一系列条件 ,其扩增产物量以及产物特异性虽然均有所下降 ,然而其扩增产物能准确反映结果 ,且具有方便、快捷、节省等优点

摘  要:
Compared with synchronous amplification, this study indicates that the amount and speciality of amplification product decrease by improving the composite amplification reaction conditions of microsatellite loci combinations, the template DNA concentration, primers concentration and Mg 2+ concentration, the anneal temperature and the electrophoresis surrounding, though,the amplification product can reflect the experiment results correctly and the method is convenient, rapid and economical.
