利用花生壳替代基质培育番茄穴盘苗的研究

摘  要:
以常用的草炭、珍珠岩育苗基质为对照,研究了3种花生壳替代基质配方的理化性质、对番茄幼苗生长的影响,从而筛选出可部分替代草炭的基质配方。试验结果表明,配方T1(草炭∶珍珠岩∶花生壳=1∶1∶1)的混合基质,具有容重小、孔隙度大的特点,且其盐浓度、pH值均在番茄幼苗生长的适宜范围内,其培育的番茄穴盘苗的形态指标和生理指标均与对照(草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1)的无显著差异,而配方T2(草炭∶蛭石∶花生壳=1∶1∶1)、T3(珍珠岩∶花生壳=1∶2)的混合基质的育苗效果不如对照,因此可利用花生壳代替部分草炭培育番茄穴盘壮苗,其中以T1(草炭∶珍珠岩∶花生壳=1∶1∶1)的配方为最优。

摘  要:
In order to screen out the partly replacement substrate formula for turfy soil,we studied the physicochemical property of three peanut shell replacement substrates and their effects on growth of tomato plug-seedlings,by taking the traditional substrate(turfy soil∶pearlite=2∶1) as control.The results showed that the formula T1(turfy soil∶pearlite∶peanut shell=1∶1∶1) had the characteristics of small bulk density,large porosity,and both its EC value and pH value were in optimum range for cultivating tomato seedlings,moreover,the morphological and physiological characteristics of tomato plug-seedlings cultivated on formula T1 had no significant differences with those of control.But the tomato seedlings on formula T2(turfy soil∶vermiculite∶peanut shell=1∶1∶1) and T3(pearlite∶peanut shell=1∶2) grew significantly worse than those on the ontrol.Therefore,we could use the peanut shell replacing turfy soil for cultivating tomato plug-seedlings,and the optimum formula was T1(turfy soil∶pearlite∶peanut shell=1∶1∶1).
