现场总线分布式粮情系统温湿度测量数字滤波器的设计

摘  要:
根据目前粮仓温湿度测量中存在的干扰问题,提出了一种首先限幅滤波、其次中位值滤波、最后算术平均值数字滤波的方法。限幅滤波5个数据,不采用限速,5个数据中位值滤波,8个数据算术平均值滤波,并给出相应程序框图。研究设计表明,该数字滤波的方法适合粮仓温湿度测量,测量精度提高、抗干扰性能增强,对粮仓温湿度测量具有实用价值。

摘  要:
In the procedures of amplitude limitation filtering,median filtering and arithmetic mean value filtering,a digital filtering method is put forward to restricting the interference on temperature and humidity measurement in the present granary system.Adopting non-speed limitation process,five data are achieved by amplitude limitation at first,and they are treated by median filtering,and eight data are obtained by arithmetic mean value filtering at final.And some corresponding program block diagrams are given to explain this approach.Study and design show that new approach makes data measuring precision increased,and anti interference performance improved.It is of practical significance and suitable for temperature and humidity measurement of granary.
