AC药剂对悬铃木球果脱落的生理效应

摘  要:
悬铃木挂果初期,在树于基部打孔注人AC药剂.处理一个月后倒定,结果表明,嫩枝残存球果鲜重减轻,含水量下降,活性减小,电解质外渗率增加,球果皱缩、萎蔫干枯而脱落。这与果内过氧化氢酶活性下降,过氧化氢大量积累;导致球果膜脂过氧化作用、破坏质膜、伤害细胞有关。
