南丰蜜桔可溶性固形物近红外特征波段选择

摘  要:
探讨了在350~1800 nm波段范围内不同光谱预处理方法对提高模型预测能力和稳定性的作用,但其效果不如间隔偏最小二乘法显著。通过间隔偏最小二乘特征波段选择方法,确定了南丰蜜桔可溶性固形物特征波段为:642~787 nm8、61~1006 nm、1080~1152 nm和1226~1371 nm。采用30个未参与建模的南丰蜜桔样品,预测特征波段建模模型,预测模型的相关系数为0.95,预测均方根误差为0.55°Birx。结果表明:近红外光谱技术结合间隔偏最小二乘特征波段选择方法,可以提高南丰蜜桔可溶性固形物无损检测数学模型预测能力和稳健性。

摘  要:
In the wavelength range of 350~1 800 nm,different pre-processing methods were developed to improve the predictive ability and robustness of model,but the effect was not better than interval partial least square(iPLS).The characteristic wavelength bands of 642~787 nm,861~1 006 nm,1 080~1 152 nm and 1 226~1 371 nm were determined by iPLS characteristic wavelength bands selection method.The performance of the model calibrated with sensitive wavelength bands was predicted by 30 unknown Nanfeng mandarin fruits,the correlation coefficient and root mean square error for prediction(RMSEP) were 0.95 and 0.55°Birx respectively.It was suggested that near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) combination with iPLS characteristic wavelength bands selection method was a powerful tool to improve the predictive ability and robustness of nondestructive measurement model.
