高光学纯度、高收率S-(+)乳酸的一种合成方法

摘  要:
以具有手性的冰片为手性源,与丙酮酸进行酯化反应得到具有手性的丙酮酸冰片酯,此酯与硼氢化钠反应时,硼氢化钠主要从空间位阻较小的一端对丙酮酸冰片酯进行进攻,其产物用手性柱进行分析,得到以S-(+)构型为主的乳酸,光学纯度为91.6%,产率为80%。

摘  要:
Chiral pyruvate borneol ester was obtained by using borneol as the chiral source and esterificated with pyruvate.When reacting with sodium borohydride,the ester was mainly attacked by sodium borohydride from the end with smaller steric hindrance.The product was analysed through chiral column and proved to be lactic acid with excess S-(+) configuration,the e.e.% was 91.6%;and the yield was 80%.
