大陆水稻黄矮病和台湾水稻黄叶病的酶联免疫反应鉴定

摘  要：
1957年,广东省水稻发生了一种稻叶发黄的病害,其症状与生理早衰的稻叶发黄相似。经过试验,证实该病为叶蝉传播的病毒病,称为水稻黄矮病Rice Yellow Stunt Virus,RYSV。后来华南、华东、华中等许多省份也发生此病。1960年台湾水稻上暴发的一种病害,由于当时对病原不了解,误以为是土壤通透性不良引起的“窒息病”,后来证实是由黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cincticeps)传播的病毒病,1965年邱人璋将其定名为水稻黄叶
