额尔齐斯河高体雅罗鱼寄生虫种类季节动态研究

摘  要:
【目的】调查研究额尔齐斯河(中国段)高体雅罗鱼寄生虫的种类组成及感染情况。【方法】采用鱼类寄生虫的常规调查及研究方法,2009年4月至2010年7月分春、夏、秋三季剖检额尔齐斯河高体雅罗鱼78尾,分析其寄生虫的种类组成、感染率、感染强度和季节动态等。【结果】共发现寄生虫8种,分别为三代虫(Gyrodactylus sp.)、小刺指环虫(Dactylogyrus micracanthus)、号筒指环虫(Dactylogyrus tuba)、斯氏拟双身虫(Paradiplozoon skrjabini)、复口吸虫幼虫(Diplostomum larva sp.)、宽头鲤蠢绦虫(Caryophyllaeus laticeps)、驼形线虫(Camallanus sp.)、泡吻棘头虫(Pomphorhynchus sp.),隶属于3门、4纲、7目、7科、7属。【结论】复口吸虫幼虫和驼形线虫的感染率大于10%,为该群落的核心种。复口吸虫幼虫的感染率为52.56%,感染强度为10.80±10.84,Berger-Parker优势度指数为0.81,在群落中最大是该群落的优势虫种。

摘  要:
【Objective】Investigate and research the species composition and infect condition of parasites of Cyprinus idus Linnaeus in Ergis River,China.【Method】According to fish the conventional investigation and study parasites method,from April 2009 to 2010 in July,spring,summer,autumn three quarter for Cyprinus idus Linnaeus 78 tails,analyzes the parasites of species composition,infection rates,infection strength and season dynamic,etc.【Result】The result showed that 8 species of parasites were: Gyrodactylus sp.,Dactylogyrus micracanthus,Dactylogyrus tuba,Paradiplozoon skrjabini,Diplostomum larva sp.,Caryophyllaeus laticeps,Pomphorhynchus laevis sp.They belong to 7 genera,7 families,7 orders,4 classes,3 phyla.【Conclusion】Diplostomum larva sp.and Camallanus sp.infection rates were greater than 10%,they are the core species in the parasite community of Cyprinus idus Linnaeus.Diplostomum sp infection rate is 51.28,infection intensity is 10.80±10.84 and its Berger-Parker dominance index is 0.81.So it is the dominant species in the parasite community of Cyprinus idus Linnaeus.
