山西省鸡致病性大肠杆菌优势血清型消毒液的筛选试验

摘  要：
试验采用定性杀菌和载体定量杀菌的方法,选用生产中常用的过氧乙酸等5种消毒液,对山西省鸡致病性大肠杆菌优势血清型01,02,068,078进行了实验室杀菌试验。定性杀菌试验结果表明,甲醛、次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸和双链季胺盐4类消毒液均能在10 min内有效地杀灭4种优势血清型的致病性大肠杆菌,而络合碘无杀菌效果;载体定量杀菌试验结果表明,甲醛、次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸和双链季胺盐4类消毒液按照商品推荐浓度在30 min内对4种优势血清型的致病性大肠杆菌杀菌率可达到99.7%以上,尤其是次氯酸钠消毒液在20 min内其杀灭率可达100%,过氧乙酸、双链季胺盐消毒液的杀灭率也可达到99.3%以上。通过试验,提出了在生产实际中使用消毒液的合理化建议。

摘  要：
The effect of 5 disinfectants was tested to disinfect 01,O2,O68,078 serum type which are main pathogenic E.coil of poultry in Shanxi by determine and quantitative-carrier disinfect method in the laboratory.The determine disinfect result were: 4 main serum type pathogenic E.coil of poultry can been killed by treatment with formaldehyde,peracetic acid,quaremary ammonium compounds solution and sodium hypochlorite at 10 minutes, iodophor have no effect.The quantitative-carrier disinfect test results were:above 99.7% of 4 main pathogenic E.coil of poultry can be treated with 4 disinfectants at 30 minutes.100% of the 4 main pathogenic E.coil of poultry were killed by sodium hypochlorite treatment at 20 minutes specifically.The rationalization proposal of disinfectants selection in practice production was suggested through the test.
