石斛属植物质量评价技术的研究进展

摘  要:
综述了近年来我国石斛属植物的质量评价技术研究进展,目前主要集中在紫外分光光度法测定多糖的含量;高效液相色谱法测定氨基酸、毛兰素等酚类以及单糖类成分的含量,并建立指纹图谱;液质联用色谱法和气质联用色谱法主要用于分析石斛中的化学成分.总体上,在众多石斛属植物中,文献中报道的对铁皮石斛的研究最多,而其他石斛属植物研究较少;质量标准有待进一步完善.

摘  要:
Research progress of the methods and techniques on quality evaluation of the genus Dendrobium plants were reviewed. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharide. HPLC method was adopted to establish the fingerprint and determine the content of amino acids,phenolic compounds (eg Erianin) and monosaccharides. LC-MS and GC-MS were powerful analytical techniques for the detection and determination of chemical constituents in the genus Dendrobium. Above all,among series species of Dendrobium genus,D. officinale Kimura et Migo has been studied most,and the quality standard need to be improved.
