贵州农村非正式组织探讨

摘  要：
农村非正式组织越来越多得到国内研究者和政策制订者的重视。作者旨在对贵州山区农村非正式组织的功能以及这些组织得以存在和发展的原因进行分析讨论,从而为农村发展政策和项目提出相关建议。结果表明:非正式组织在贵州农村社区生产生活中发挥着重要的作用,它们的存在主要是由于社区内在的需求,其组织一般也具有灵活多样性的特点。由于这些非正式组织在农村中发挥了非常重要的作用,因此农村发展政策制订和项目实施时应该重视这些非正式组织。

摘  要：
Rural informal organizations have being paid more attention to by researchers and policy-makers in China. The paper describes function of rural informal organization and analyzes reasons for its existence and development in mountain areas of Guizhou province to provide a reference for making correlated rural development policy and projects. The results show that informal organization plays an important role in agricultural production and rural life,and informal organization with flexibility and diversification characteristics meets the internal needs of the community. Therefore,the informal organizations should be paid more attention to in rural development policy-making and project enforcement.
