棉籽粕固体发酵脱毒工艺参数的优化研究

摘  要:
【目的】开发一种棉籽粕生物发酵脱毒的方法。【方法】设计正交试验以研究白地霉WD-1对棉籽粕固态发酵产物棉酚含量的影响,对发酵底物组成、底物水分含量、菌种接种量、发酵温度和发酵时间等参数进行优化。【结果】影响棉粕发酵脱毒的主要因素为发酵温度,棉籽粕发酵脱毒底物组成为棉籽饼88%、玉米粉8%、小麦麸4%,最佳发酵工艺参数为:底物∶水1∶0.9,菌液接种量4%(v/w),发酵温度30℃,发酵时间72h,自然pH值。【结论】利用白地霉WD-1对棉籽粕进行固体发酵可以降低底物中游离棉酚的含量。

摘  要:
【Objective 】To get a way of cottonseed meal detoxification by biological fermentation. 【Method】Effect of geotrichum candidum( WD-1) on the content of gossypol in fermentation substrate was studied to optimize the process parameters which concluded substrate composition,moisture content,inoculums concentration,incubation temperature,and incubation period.【Result】The study showed that incubation temperature was the main influencing factor in detoxification of gossypol,the maximum detoxification efficiency of gossypol was achieved by employing the substrate which consisted of 88% of CSM,8% of corn flour,and 4% of wheat bran,and the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: substrate / water = 1∶ 0. 9,inoculums level 4%( V / W),incubation temperature at 30℃,incubation period of 72 h,and pH in nature. 【Conclusion】Solid fermentation of CSM by geotrichum candidum( WD- 1) could reduce the content of free gossypol in substrate.
