浓硫酸处理对邵阳市郊野大豆种子发芽的影响

摘  要:
为探究破除邵阳市郊野大豆种子硬实的方法,研究浓硫酸不同处理时间对其发芽的影响。结果表明,在最适温度下,浓硫酸处理45 min的小粒种子发芽率和发芽势均最高,分别达99.50%、97.50%;浓硫酸处理12 min的大粒种子发芽率和发芽势均最高,分别达99.50%、98.50%。由此表明,用浓硫酸处理可以去除邵阳市郊野大豆种子硬实现象,有效地促进种子萌发。

摘  要:
In order to explore the method of eliminating the hardness of Glycine soja seeds in Shaoyang City,the effects of different treatment time of concentrated sulfuric acid on its germination were studied.The results showed that at the optimum temperature,the germination rate and germination potential of the small-grained seeds treated with concentrated sulfuric acid for 45 min were the highest,reached 99.50% and 97.50%respectively.The germination rate and germination potential of the big-grained seeds treated with concentrated sulfuric acid for 12 min were the highest,reached 99.50% and 98.50%,respectively.Thus treatment with concentrated sulfuric acid could eliminate seeds hardness and effectively promote seed germination.
