激励性评价在大学英语课堂教学中的运用

摘  要:
大学英语教学要转变教学理念,即从"以教师为中心"转变到"以学生为中心"的指导下,高校英语教师在大学英语课堂教学过程中探索新颖的教学模式以期高效地输出教学内容,激励学生,同时促进学生英语语言能力的全面发展。随着我国改革开放的不断深入,全社会对人才的英语水平有了更高层次的要求,言语激励、非言语激励和其他情感激励能够更好、更有效地帮助教师开展和完成教学课堂活动,与此同时,学生能够更加积极地参与到课堂教学过程中,提高兴趣和增加自信,掌握知识。

摘  要:
Under the guidance of educational philosophy of the current college English teaching, changingfrom"teacher-oriented"to"student-oriented", college English teachers should explore new teaching methodsto efficiently output teaching content, to encourage students, and to promote the all- round developments ofstudents' English. With the deepening development of China's Reform and Opening-up, the whole society hasa further request for graduates' English. Incentive Evaluation, Verbal Incentive, Non- verbal Incentive andother Incentives can be more effective to help teachers to perform the teaching activities. Meanwhile, studentscan actively participate in the classroom teaching process, enhance their interest and confidence, and master theknowledge.
