弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的分离鉴定与生物特性分析

摘  要:
为摸清患病青田鱼的致病原因,本研究对送检病鱼进行了微生物学检测,通过对从病鱼肝脏分离到的1株细菌进行形态学与培养特性观察、生理生化特征、16S rDNA分子序列分析鉴定并且进行药敏试验。结果:该分离株的形态特征、生化结果与标准弗氏柠檬酸杆菌一致;分离菌株的16S rDNA序列也与标准的弗氏柠檬酸杆菌高度相似,相似性为99%,说明本次分离的细菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌,命名为GZMT2013-CF;该分离菌对恩诺沙星、头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、链霉素、诺氟沙星、卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星7种抗生素高度敏感。试验结果为青田鱼的疾病诊断防治提供一定的理论参考。

摘  要:
In order to clarify the cause of the fish in Qingtian,the author of the submission of the diseased fish by microbiological methods. The results from the disease of fish liver were isolated from 1 strains of bacteria. Through morphological analysis and cultivation characteristics observation,physiological and biochemical characteristics,16 S r DNA sequence. The author of the isolated bacteria were identified and drug sensitivity test. The morphological characteristics of the isolates,the biochemical results and standard c. freundii agreement. The 16 S r DNA sequences of isolates of Citrobacter freundii is highly similar with the standard. The similarity was 99%. The separation of bacteria from Citrobacter freundii,named GZMT2013-CF. The isolated bacteria were highly sensitive to enrofloxacin,cefotaxime ceftiofur,gentamicin,streptomycin,norfloxacin,card that mildew element,levofloxacin 7 kinds of antibiotics. The results provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of Qingtian fish disease diagnosis.
