小麦叶锈菌同小种致病异质性研究

本文用小麦叶锈菌小种2号和3号的4—6个菌株,对26—27个小麦品种进行接种试验,其致病力都不相同。用同一套鉴别寄主鉴定为同一的小种在鉴别寄主外另加品种,就可以把命名为同一的小种进一步划分为若干个“生理型”。我组根据东方红3号、丰产3号、白蚰包、阿夫4个品种所鉴定的小种15和16,在上述4个品种的基础上再加上太山4号、洛夫林10号、6068、IRN66—331和Redman 5个品种,可将小种15的26个菌株分为10个类型,将小种16的121的菌株分为17个类型,如在以上的基础上再加6个品种又可将小种15的24个菌株划分为21个类型和将小种16的118个菌株划分为84个类型。所用的品种越多,划分的“生理型”也越多。证明了用有限的鉴别寄主鉴定为同一的小种其致病力不一定相同。也就是同小种的致病异质性。

摘  要:
Many people still believe that rust isolates identified by differential hosts to be the same race have virulence in identity. In analyzing our previous data, 26 isolates of race 15 and 121 isolates of race 16 of Puccinia recondita f.sp.tritici identified by 4 hosts may be subdivided into 10 and 17 biotypes respectively by adding 5 more hosts. Furthermore, 24 isolates of race 15 and 118 isolates of race 16 may be further divided into 21 and 84 biotypes by adding still more 6 varieties. In this experiment, 6 isolates of race 2 and race 3 of P. recondita f. Jp.tritici were respectively tested on 27 wheat varie ties for their virulence. None of them showed identical virulence in 3 repeated tests. For the purpose of breeding for disease resistance, the authors suggest to study the host: pathogen interaction directly or to use the composite inoculum of different races collected from the areas where the varieties to be released.
