2015年国内稻米市场回顾与后市展望

摘  要：
多年的农业利好政策带来了稻谷连续高产,但随着国内生产成本的增加,市场流通环节不畅,国内稻米市场的进口量和库存量均处于高水平,市场活跃程度下降。总体来看,2015年国内稻米市场呈产量高、进口高、库存高和价格稳的基本特点。2016年中国稻谷最低收购价政策小幅调整,市场收储政策也将逐步完善。预计2015/16年度中国稻谷供需仍相对宽松,在国家政策的支撑下,稻米价格仍将在高位窄幅波动。

摘  要：
Years of good agricultural policy brings the continuous high paddy production,but with the increase of domestic production cost,poor circulation of the market,imports quantity and inventory quantity of domestic rice market were in high level,market activity gradually decreased.In general,domestic rice market exhibited four basic characteristics such as high production,high import,high stock and stable price in 2015.In 2016,the minimum purchasing price guidelines for paddy policy was made a slight adjustment in China,the purchasing and storage policies of paddy market will gradually be improved.In 2015/16,supply and demand of paddy will be still relatively loose under the support of national policy in China,rice price will be in high level with narrow fluctuations.
