催化光度法测定食品中痕量甲醛

摘  要:
基于H2SO4介质中,甲醛对KBrO3氧化甲基橙退色反应有催化作用,建立了催化光度法测定甲醛的方法。在选定条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.06~1.01 mg/L,检出限为0.010 mg/L。对含量为0.06、0.51和1.01 mg/L甲醛溶液重复测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.5%,2.3%和1.2%。该法用于腐竹、木耳和竹笋的食品中甲醛的测定,其RSD均小于5%(n=3),能满足食品中甲醛的测定要求。

摘  要:
A catalytic spectrophotometry for detecting formaldehyde was developed base on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on the discoloring oxidation reaction between potassium bromate and methyl orange in H2 SO4 medium. Under the conditions selected, the linear range is 0.06~1.01 mg / L and the detection limit is 0.010 mg / L. To determine 0.06 mg / L, 0.51 mg / L and 1.01 mg / L formaldehyde solution(n=11), the relative standard deviation(RSD) are 4.5%, 2.3% and 1.2%, respectively. The method was applied to determine formaldehyde in foods such as dried beancurd stick, black fungus, bamboo shoot with RSD of less than 5%(n=3), suitable for the requirements of determining formaldehyde in foods.
